Post Stroke Must-Haves

This is an example of a good day.
I'm strong cognitively, physically, emotionally-ish.
I workout, work full-time, clean, cook... all the things.

The past week has not been good.
It's gradually gotten worse.
The weekend was ROUGH.
It's part of this amazing life that we all get to live, right?
