Over-line with Lip Liner!!

I over-line my upper lip and the middle of my lower lip.

I normally use a lip liner shade slightly darker than my lipstick shade.

You can finish off with Creamy Lipstick or Matte Liquid Lipstick for a long-lasting matte finish.

OR

You can finish off with Tinted Lip Plumper for a glossy, even more plump finish.
